This map will help you find nice meditation centers and monasteries around the world for practicing Buddhist meditation. In the spirit of one Dhamma/Dharma, places from many different traditions are included and welcome here. With this map it has now become even more easy to share favorites with fellow meditators, and to find new vistas for exploring the Buddha's ancient path.

There's a lot of Buddhist books online given away online, so called Dhamma-dana. But where to find them, and which one to read? Here's a selection for you with more than 250 books in total, all distributed freely as gifts of Dhamma. The books are either from modern meditation teachers and scholars, or translations from the Buddhist canon and other old scriptures. All just one click away to read or download.

If you are getting serious about your meditation practice, one of the best countries you can travel to is Myanmar (Burma). With its meditation visa (also called "religious visa") you are allowed to stay practically as long as you like in Myanmar, if you decide to extend it! It's a generous  opportunity to dive deeper in the Dhamma, and will give you a first hand experience of Buddhism's particular culture.

Only a few videos are uploaded so far. The channel is mostly interesting because of the different playlists that tries to give you easy access to nice videos about meditation, Buddhism, and beyond.

This mini-meditation is known as the Three-Minute Breathing Space, and got developed as part of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It’s a handy way to drive out tension and to refocus your mind. You can take it with you wherever you go. The overall shape of the meditation has been compared to an hourglass: its focus is initially broad, then single-pointed, then broad again.
